Coordinating with clients regarding finishing works Following the handover of their units

Monitoring Client Violation During Finishing Works

Directing Clients to verify identified Violations based on regulations signed from their side

Following up with site engineers about any modifications requests

Handling client complaints & comments during and after finishing the process

Coordinate with facility management teams to ensure the readiness of units and common areas.

Holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil or Architecture Engineering is a must

Has accumulated 1-3 years of experience in real estate handover processes, with a focus on residential compounds.

Strong knowledge of construction quality standards and real estate regulations.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and teams.
