Role Overview
We are seeking a hands-on and driven Project Engineer to manage projects from proposal stage through execution and commercial closure. This role offers exposure to technical design, client engagement, commercial negotiation, and project management — ideal for candidates who want to grow into senior engineering or project leadership roles.
Key Responsibilities
Business & Project Development
- Conduct feasibility studies and evaluate technical requirements
- Prepare detailed technical and commercial proposals
- Handle RFQ clarifications and client technical discussions
- Negotiate pricing and terms to secure project awards
Project Execution & Management
- Attend project kick-off meetings and coordinate internal resources
- Manage procurement of equipment and accessories
- Perform or oversee panel and system design where required
- Ensure smooth handover to production team
- Monitor project schedule, cost, and deliverables
- Liaise with customers throughout the project lifecycle
Quality & Compliance
- Oversee QA/QC processes
- Support and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)
- Manage commercial project closure
- Assist in BizSafe compliance, safety matters, and ISO documentation
Client & Site Engagement
- Travel locally for customer meetings and project coordination when required
Requirements
- Degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or related discipline
- 5–7 years of relevant experience in control systems, automation, or panel integration
- Experience managing projects end-to-end
- Proficient in CAD; able to read GA drawings and termination diagrams
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
- Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
- Independent, proactive, and a strong team player

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 6:00pm Location: Bukit Batok Overtime: Not eligible for overtime claims
