Garment Production & Product Development Professional.

We are seeking a highly experienced garment Production & Product Development Professional with 3+ years of experience.

Role Description:

Lead the end-to-end lifecycle of our collections, from initial concept through to final delivery. The role will collaborate closely with the design team to translate creative vision into production-ready garments, overseeing sampling, fabric and trim sourcing, and fit development with exceptional precision and attention to detail. This position will manage all production operations, including factory partnerships, timeline planning, costing, and quality control, ensuring all products meet the brand’s standards and delivery expectations. With a strong strategic and operational mindset, the role plays a key part in cultivating and maintaining long-term relationships with key suppliers and manufacturers both internationally and within Egypt.

3+ years of experience in production and product development within fashion or luxury apparel

Strong understanding of garment construction, fabrics, trims, and technical specifications

Proven experience managing end-to-end production processes from sampling to bulk delivery

Experience working with local and international factories and suppliers

Excellent knowledge of costing, pricing structures, and production planning

Strong attention to detail with a high standard for quality control

Ability to manage multiple timelines and work under pressure

Strong communication and negotiation skills

Fluent in English and Arabic
