REQUIREMENTS:

• Female, 21–28 years old
• Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1)
• Minimum 1 year teaching experience
• Good English communication skills
• Fast learner and able to follow instructions well
• Responsible, mature, and organized
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good leadership and coordination skills
• Open-minded and adaptable
• Neat, well groomed, presentable
• able to bring positive energy to classroom
• Comfortable taking responsibilities beyond teaching

Role:

• Teach English classes
• Follow and complete MEC's SOPs
• Coordinate part-time teachers
• Work closely with the teaching team
• Take part in all MEC events and activities
