We are currently supporting a mid market Private Equity platform to search for an experienced and hands-on Fund Operations lead. This is to support their continued expansion of their Singapore platform and VCC structures.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the operational framework for Singapore VCC entities and underlying SPVs, including fund launches, capital calls, distributions, and NAV reviews.
- Work with external fund administrators, auditors, tax agents, and custodians to ensure timely reporting and SLA compliance.
- Assist with LP communications, investor reporting, subscription documents and DDQs.
- Drive month-end closing, cash flow monitoring, budgeting, and general management company accounting.
- Optimize operational and compliance processes across the platform.
Requirements
- Degree in Accountancy or Finance; CPA/CA preferred
- At least 7 years of relevant experience in fund operations, fund administration/ accounting within Private Equity, Venture Capital or Fund Administration firm.
- Strong communication skills
- Hands-on, high ownership, self-starter mentality, and comfortable operating in lean environments
