Quantum Reporting and MI

We are seeking an experienced CS&A and MI Lead for Quantum Technologies to enable effective delivery of the Quantum Safe Programme . This pivotal role will drive the design, production, and continual improvement of management information (MI), KPIs, analytics, and programme reporting , ensuring a single trusted view of performance across multiple workstreams.

As part of the Cybersecurity and Quantum Technologies team , you will work closely with Programme Leadership, PMO, Governance & Comms, Product Owners, Track Leads, and engineering teams to ensure insights are decision-ready, evidence-backed, and aligned to governance and steering requirements .

Daily tasks

• Define and maintain robust KPI frameworks across execution workstreams, including metric logic, thresholds and ownership.
• Design standardised dashboards and reporting packs for multiple audiences (workstreams, leadership, SteerCo).
• Ensure consistency and establish a “single version of the truth” for programme performance reporting.
• Identify and onboard data sources required for KPI reporting (JIRA, inventory/discovery outputs, engineering telemetry).
• Define data ingestion processes with data quality controls, lineage documentation and evidence-ready structures.
• Partner with stakeholders to close data gaps and raise quality standards across global teams.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytics to track execution progress, outcomes, and dependencies.
• Translate signals into actionable insights—highlight trends, bottlenecks, and leading indicators to inform strategic decisions.
• Conduct advanced analyses for risk prioritisation and dependency management in complex delivery landscapes.
• Operate the reporting cadence aligned to governance cycles (weekly/monthly), ensuring timeliness and accuracy.
• Automate reporting processes wherever feasible to improve reliability and reduce manual effort.
• Continuously improve KPI frameworks based on stakeholder feedback and evolving programme needs.
• Collaborate with PMO and Track Leads to ensure that MI is business-outcome focused.
• Present insights to senior stakeholders using clear, visually compelling dashboards and narratives for SteerCo-ready outputs.
• Ensure MI drives informed decision-making at all governance levels.

Requirements

Proven experience leading MI/analytics/reporting for complex, multi-workstream technology or cybersecurity programmes.

Strong ability to design KPIs and governance frameworks , aligning delivery data with executive insights.

Advanced analytical skills: turning complex data sets into clear, actionable recommendations for senior leadership.

Expert in enterprise BI/reporting tools, with proficiency in dashboard design , Excel , and PowerPoint .

Familiarity with delivery tooling and data sources (e.g., JIRA).

Experience managing MI and reporting cadences for global technology initiatives.

Nice to have:

Cybersecurity analytics or cyber risk MI experience.

Familiarity with Quantum-Safe Cryptography principles and Post-Quantum Cryptographic (PQC) migration implications.

Experience consolidating MI across federated/global delivery models .

Financial services or regulated industry background beneficial.
