Sr Logistics Specialist (International)

Import Operations: Coordinate with agent to apply ACID correctly and timely before sea shipment loading.

Track the international transportation status delay risk alarm.

Apply and track FROM4 to be ready before shipment arrival to port.

Responsible for import customs clearance status tracking and risk alarm and PTW transportation coordination.

Prepare import business tracking report and update daily.

Maintain supplier relationship and review monthly KPI performance

Check supplier monthly invoice and track payment with finance.

Coordinate with factory and agents to solve other urgent issues.

Export Operations: Search for logistics solution and space booking for export shipment from Egypt to destination countries.

Coordinate truck loading in factory on time with logistics agents.

Prepare customs clearance documents, including CI and PL for export shipment.

Prepare export business tracking report and update daily.

Maintain supplier relationship and review monthly KPI performance

Coordinate with factory and agents to solve other urgent issues.

Bachelor’s degree in related fields.

3:5 years of experience in the areas of customs, import/export.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel & PowerPoint.

Good command of English (spoken and written).

Excellent organizational and communication skills.

Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.

Good presentation skills.
