Mauser USA LLC Machine Operator

MAUSER USA LLC has an opportunity for a Machine Operator, who is responsible for performing preventative maintenance on all facility machines as well as repairing any machines to minimize downtime.  Technicians are also challenged with performing efficient changeovers as our production facilities shift to various customer orders and SKUs.

Main Position Responsibilities: Makes necessary adjustments to maintain maximum production and quality Inspect parts for defects and trim excess plastic from parts Assemble various components onto molded parts  Stack good parts on pallet  Start/stop machines as needed  Alert supervisor of any problems with machine or part quality  Ensure correct components are in work area  Keep work area clean and neat  Complete accurate count at end of shift (good parts, scrap parts, machine downtime)  Read and understand product part numbers 

Must have a basic understanding of machine operation Must have basic math skills Ability to lift 50lbs Ability to stand for extended period of time in extreme temperatures Must have a strong attendance record with previous employers Experience in a production/manufacturing environment Ability to work in a safe manner Willingness to work overtime, off-shifts Prior experience with blow or injection molding is a plus Bilingual is a plus
