Logistic Specialist

Your tasks

• Manage and track import and export operations from initial dispatch through to final receipt.
• Prepare and review shipping documents (Invoices, Packing Lists, B/L, Air Waybills, etc.).
• Coordinate effectively with freight forwarders and customs clearance agents.
• Monitor shipping schedules to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
• Resolve any operational issues or delays that shipments may encounter.
• Prepare comprehensive reports regarding shipping activities, movements, and costs.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in the logistics field (Air Freight experience is preferred).
• Solid experience in import/export operations and shipment handling.
• Knowledge of customs clearance procedures and shipping documentation.
• Willingness and ability to travel as needed to follow up on operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and suppliers.
• Excellent organizational and follow-up skills.
• Proficiency in computer usage and MS Office applications.
• Fluency/Good command of English.
