Key Responsibilities Promote, Sell & Retain: Conduct outbound calls to promote, upsell, and retain loan products. Objection Handling: Effectively manage and overcome customer objections and resistance. Achieve Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets. Lead Management: Maximize lead conversion within the assigned timeline. Customer Experience: Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding journey for customers. Job Requirements Minimum O-Level qualification. Excellent communication skills with the ability to handle objections confidently. Sales-driven and results-oriented mindset.
