Requirements:

Strength-Based Assessments: Conduct assessments focusing on the strengths and capabilities of individuals.

Person-Centred Support Planning: Develop support plans tailored to the specific needs and preferences of individuals.

Long-Term Support Arrangements: Establish and manage long-term support for individuals with complex needs.

Mental Capacity Assessments: Perform assessments to determine individuals’ capacity to make decisions.

Court of Protection Work: Engage in legal processes to protect individuals who lack the capacity to make certain decisions.

What we are looking for in a Social Worker:

Social Work England registration

Eligible to work in the UK

Hold a full UK licence

Post-qualified experience

Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
