Team Leader - South Tyneside Join Lifeways - One of the UK's Leading Providers of Support Services

Lifeways Group is one of the UK's leading providers of support services for adults with learning disabilities. We have an exciting opportunity for a Team Leader to join one of our services in South Tyneside .

About the Role

As a Team Leader, you will play a vital role in supervising and supporting the delivery of high-quality care. You'll lead and motivate your team while ensuring the best outcomes for the individuals we support.

You will oversee support for individuals with:

  • Autism
  • Mental health needs
  • Learning disabilities
  • Behaviours that may challenge

What We're Looking For

We're looking for a passionate and committed leader who can inspire others and deliver excellent care.

  • Experience working with adults with learning disabilities is essential
  • Experience supporting individuals with mental health needs is highly desirable
  • NVQ Level 3 (or above) in Health & Social Care, or willingness to work towards it
  • Alternatively, a minimum of 2 years' experience within the learning disability sector
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
