BRANCH MANAGER

• Maintain a well communication & relationship with parents & school partners within operations of the branch including data entry, registration, schedule, payment, customer care & solution

• Responsible for the customer lifecycle, starting from following up leads, offering & negotiation

• Collaborate with centers lead teacher in implementing the company guideline within centers staff, classroom & office management to provide the best services to parents & kiddos

• Provide an accurate monthly reports such revenues, new students & other administrative report data

• Assist in various kodekiddo projects such as coding competition, school activities, etc
