Estimation And Tendering Manager

Role summary

An experienced estimation and tendering manager is required to lead the complete estimation, bidding, and tendering process for large-scale construction and interior fit-out projects. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong technical and commercial expertise, leadership capability, and a proven record of securing successful bids.

Key responsibilities

Lead the estimation, bidding, and tendering process for major construction and interior fit-out projects.

Oversee quantity take-offs, rate analysis, value engineering, tender strategy, cost planning, and commercial risk assessment.

Develop and implement tender strategies to secure successful project awards.

Manage and guide estimation, tendering, and bid-management teams.

Maintain strong knowledge of the supplier and subcontractor market.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering, architecture, or a related field.

Minimum 12-15 years of experience in estimation, tendering, or bid management.

Strong experience in construction and high-end interior fit-out projects.

Proven experience bidding for large-scale projects, preferably in the region.

Demonstrable track record of successful tender submissions and project awards.

Advanced hands-on proficiency in Candy CCS is mandatory.

Strong working knowledge of procurement and ERP systems is required.

Extensive knowledge of quantity take-offs, rate analysis, value engineering, tender strategy, cost planning, and commercial risk assessment.

Experience leading estimation, tendering, and bid-management teams.

Candidates currently based in the region are preferred.
