CNC Engineer

Key Responsibilities :

Program and optimize CNC sheet metal machines, including Laser Cutting, Turret Punch, and Press Brake.

Develop and improve sheet metal forming processes to achieve the required quality and productivity.

Select appropriate tooling and optimize machine parameters.

Analyze engineering drawings and ensure manufacturability.

Troubleshoot production and forming issues and implement corrective actions.

Coordinate with Design, Production, and Quality teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.

Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Support continuous improvement initiatives to reduce cycle time and material waste.

Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, production Engineering.

4+ years of experience in the Sheet Metal industry.

Strong experience in CNC programming and sheet metal forming processes

Good knowledge of CNC Press Brake, Laser Cutting, and Turret Punch operations.

Ability to read engineering drawings
