Senior Python React Developer

Accountabilities: Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-grade full-stack applications using Python and React.js.

Build scalable, secure, and maintainable REST APIs and backend services using frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Develop modern, responsive, and reusable front-end applications with React.js and established development best practices.

Design and implement microservices-based architectures and integrations that support scalability and reliability.

Work with SQL and NoSQL databases, selecting appropriate data models and optimizing application performance.

Contribute to technical architecture and design decisions, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business requirements.

Deploy and operate applications using cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure, along with Docker and Kubernetes.

Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and contribute to reliable, automated software delivery practices.

Identify and resolve complex technical and performance issues through systematic analysis and continuous optimization.

Collaborate with product, engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentorship to other developers, promoting strong engineering practices and knowledge sharing.

Participate actively in Agile ceremonies, planning, code reviews, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

8+ years of professional software development experience , with strong expertise in full-stack application development.

Advanced experience with Python and backend frameworks such as FastAPI, Django, or Flask.

Strong professional experience with React.js and modern front-end development practices.

Demonstrated experience designing and developing scalable REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise applications .

Solid knowledge of both SQL and NoSQL databases and experience applying them effectively in production systems.

Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure cloud environments.

Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines .

Experience with Agile software development methodologies and collaborative engineering practices.

Strong understanding of software architecture, scalability, security, reliability, and application performance.

Ability to lead technical design discussions and make sound architectural decisions.

Demonstrated experience mentoring developers and providing technical leadership within engineering teams.

Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.

Analytical and problem-solving mindset, with a focus on delivering high-quality, maintainable solutions.

Ability to work effectively in a hybrid or remote environment.
