Accountabilities: The Senior Adobe Architect will lead enterprise platform transformation initiatives, providing strategic direction, architectural expertise, and executive-level guidance to clients navigating complex digital modernization programs.

Lead executive advisory engagements focused on digital platform transformation, composable architectures, and Adobe ecosystem modernization.

Define target-state architectures across Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Edge Delivery Services, Adobe CDN, Adobe Commerce, analytics, and personalization solutions.

Develop platform architecture assessments, transformation roadmaps, and technical strategies aligned with business objectives.

Translate complex technical decisions into clear business cases and recommendations for C-level stakeholders.

Design multi-year modernization roadmaps that balance technical feasibility, investment priorities, organizational readiness, and measurable business outcomes.

Create architectural frameworks, methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets that strengthen consulting capabilities and market positioning.

Partner with sales and account teams to shape strategic opportunities, support proposals, and provide executive-level technical leadership.

Build trusted relationships with enterprise clients, including technology, marketing, and digital transformation leaders.

Mentor architects, strategists, and technical specialists while establishing high standards for client delivery and solution quality.

Contribute to industry thought leadership through insights, frameworks, and best practices around Adobe platforms and digital experience transformation.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate brings extensive enterprise architecture experience, deep Adobe platform knowledge, and the ability to guide organizations through complex technology transformations.

12+ years of experience leading enterprise platform strategy, architecture, and digital transformation initiatives.

Proven experience owning and delivering large-scale transformation programs within enterprise organizations, consulting firms, agencies, or systems integrators.

Strong expertise in composable architecture, headless CMS strategies, API-first integration patterns, and modern digital experience platforms.

Advanced knowledge of Adobe Experience Cloud technologies, including Adobe Experience Manager (AEM Sites), AEM as a Cloud Service, Edge Delivery Services, Adobe Commerce, Adobe CDN, Adobe Analytics, and Adobe Target.

Experience designing solutions that connect content platforms, commerce ecosystems, analytics capabilities, and personalization technologies.

Strong executive presence with experience advising CMOs, CTOs, CDOs, and senior technology stakeholders.

Ability to communicate complex architecture decisions clearly to both technical and business audiences.

Experience developing consulting methodologies, go-to-market assets, and repeatable delivery frameworks.

Strong commercial understanding of consulting engagements, solution positioning, and enterprise client growth.

Demonstrated ability to mentor teams, influence technical direction, and establish architectural standards.

Experience working remotely with willingness to travel for client engagements.
