Accountabilities: Own and evolve the product strategy and roadmap for the end-to-end conversion experience, from application initiation through offer acceptance, funding, and subsequent customer engagement.

Identify and solve the most significant sources of customer friction across the conversion funnel, particularly in high-consideration moments involving trust, uncertainty, and financial tradeoffs.

Optimize across a broader portfolio of credit products, balancing growth of core offerings with helping customers discover products that best match their needs.

Define success metrics, establish priorities, and focus resources on the highest-return opportunities using quantitative analysis and customer insights.

Lead experimentation initiatives, developing hypotheses, designing tests, interpreting results, and determining when experimentation is the appropriate decision-making approach.

Analyze funnel performance through detailed segmentation to uncover distinct customer behaviors, bottlenecks, and opportunities that aggregate metrics may conceal.

Develop deep customer understanding in partnership with research, consumer insights, and product marketing teams to create intuitive and human-centered experiences.

Lead complex, cross-functional initiatives across engineering, design, analytics, machine learning, marketing, compliance, and executive leadership, creating alignment without relying on direct authority.

Use generative AI and other modern tools to synthesize qualitative feedback, conduct exploratory analysis, prototype concepts, and accelerate product discovery and decision-making.

Requirements:

8+ years of product management experience, including substantial ownership of high-scale B2C experiences across mobile and desktop platforms with measurable business impact.

Demonstrated success improving complex conversion funnels through product strategy, experimentation, analytics, and customer insight, with a track record of delivering against meaningful KPIs such as conversion or revenue.

Exceptional quantitative and analytical judgment, including the ability to evaluate funnel data, segment customer behavior, size opportunities, interpret experiments, and identify downstream effects.

Strong experimentation expertise, including hypothesis development, A/B testing, experiment analysis, and the judgment to determine when testing is or is not the right approach.

Excellent consumer product intuition, particularly for products involving significant financial decisions, trust, uncertainty, or meaningful customer tradeoffs.

Ability to move effectively between long-term strategic questions and detailed product decisions, translating ambiguous challenges into clear priorities and actionable solutions.

Proven experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives and aligning senior executives and diverse stakeholders without relying on organizational authority.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clarity, influence decisions, and drive execution in ambiguous environments.

Experience in fintech, lending, financial services, marketplaces, insurance, or another regulated or high-consideration industry is preferred.

Familiarity with personalization, recommendation systems, matching, pricing, or ML-powered consumer experiences is a plus.

Experience with identity verification, bank linking, income verification, financial-data infrastructure, or comparable technologies is advantageous.

Experience building and scaling multi-product ecosystems or B2C marketplaces is preferred.

Competitive base salary of $187,900–$260,000 USD for US-based remote employees, with actual compensation determined by location, skills, experience, and relevant qualifications.
