Accountabilities: The Senior Fullstack Developer will be responsible for developing and improving complex software solutions while acting as a technical reference within the engineering team. Key responsibilities include:

Develop medium to high-complexity solutions across products, ensuring quality, scalability, and maintainability.

Implement complex features and improvements that generate significant impact on products and users.

Conduct code reviews, promoting best practices, technical standards, and continuous improvement.

Support technical sprint planning, effort estimation, and delivery strategies.

Propose improvements related to architecture, development processes, and engineering practices.

Mentor junior developers by sharing technical knowledge and supporting their professional growth.

Collaborate with business analysts and quality assurance teams to design and deliver end-to-end solutions.

Support production incident resolution, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.

Contribute to technical decisions and help improve the overall engineering maturity of the squad.

Apply modern development tools and AI-assisted technologies to improve productivity and software quality.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate is an experienced full-stack engineer with strong Java and React expertise, capable of contributing technically while supporting team growth. Required qualifications and skills include:

Solid experience in full-stack software development, with strong knowledge of Java EE and Spring Boot.

Professional experience developing interfaces using React and React Native.

Knowledge of SQL, Node.js, and TypeScript.

Experience with version control and continuous integration tools such as GitLab and CI/CD pipelines.

Experience with Docker and Rancher for containerization and environment orchestration.

Familiarity with development tools and IDEs such as IntelliJ, Eclipse, DataGrip, DBeaver, and WebStorm.

Knowledge of application servers and infrastructure technologies including Nginx, JBoss, Artifactory, and kubectl.

Ability to conduct code reviews, suggest technical improvements, and support architectural decisions.

Experience mentoring less experienced developers and supporting technical development within a team.

Experience working in agile environments, including sprint planning and effort estimation.

Ability to analyze production issues and perform root cause investigations.

Experience using AI-powered development tools such as Claude Code and Devin.
