Accountabilities: Serve as a trusted advisor to optical businesses, providing strategic guidance to improve operational efficiency, financial performance, and long-term growth.

Analyze business performance using key optical metrics such as capture rate, revenue per patient, sales trends, and workflow efficiency to identify improvement opportunities.

Recommend strategies for frame assortment, pricing, merchandising, visual displays, and product mix to enhance the patient purchasing experience.

Advise practices on sales processes, including effective patient handoffs between doctors and opticians to maximize conversion opportunities.

Develop customized business recommendations, educational resources, and action plans based on each practice's goals and operational needs.

Present business insights through reports, dashboards, webinars, training sessions, and educational content to support informed decision-making.

Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to deliver solutions, improve member engagement, and support long-term client retention.

Identify industry trends, operational challenges, and process improvements that increase efficiency, reduce costs, and drive sustainable business performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Management or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

6+ years of experience in optometry, optical retail management, business development, or eyecare industry operations.

Strong understanding of optical products, business operations, and industry performance indicators, including capture rates and revenue metrics.

Experience conducting business assessments, identifying growth opportunities, and developing strategic recommendations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable business strategies.

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with experience delivering training, webinars, or client-facing presentations.

Ability to influence stakeholders, build trusted relationships, and drive results without direct authority.

Comfortable working in a remote environment with strong virtual collaboration and engagement skills.
