Network Program & Strategy Director (Offshore)
Accountabilities: Define and execute the long-term strategy for enterprise network transformation, ensuring alignment with business priorities and evolving technology trends.
Lead large-scale network modernization initiatives, driving programs that enhance scalability, reliability, security, and operational efficiency across global environments.
Collaborate with network architecture, engineering, and business teams to develop future-ready infrastructure strategies and roadmaps.
Evaluate emerging technologies such as SD-WAN, SASE, AI-driven networking, zero-trust architectures, and hybrid cloud networking to support innovation and business growth.
Provide strategic guidance on enterprise networking, cloud connectivity, automation, and infrastructure optimization while balancing performance, cost, and security considerations.
Manage cross-functional stakeholders across multiple regions, communicate strategic initiatives effectively, and drive organizational change throughout transformation programs.
Develop strategic documentation, executive presentations, and business cases that support decision-making and promote continuous improvement across the global network organization.
Requirements
10+ years of experience in enterprise network engineering and architecture, including at least 5 years leading strategic planning or network transformation initiatives.
Proven experience delivering large-scale network transformation programs within multinational organizations or supporting global enterprise clients.
Strong expertise in enterprise networking technologies, including Cisco, Nexus, Check Point, cloud networking (AWS, Azure, GCP), and hybrid or multi-cloud architectures.
Hands-on knowledge of network automation and orchestration tools such as Python, Ansible, and Terraform.
Solid understanding of modern networking and security frameworks, including SD-WAN, SASE, zero-trust architectures, and AI-driven networking technologies.
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, TOGAF, PMP, SAFe, PRINCE2, or equivalent are highly desirable.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills with the ability to influence senior executives, lead cross-functional teams, and articulate a clear strategic vision.
Strong written and spoken English proficiency with experience collaborating across global teams and multiple time zones.
