Accountabilities: The Content Reviewer plays a key role in maintaining high-quality digital content libraries by ensuring videos, metadata, and datasets are accurately reviewed, organized, and aligned with programming standards. This role combines editorial judgment, data-driven analysis, and operational excellence to support content strategy and audience engagement.

Review, organize, and curate video content across categories, genres, regional events, cultural moments, and family-oriented programming areas.

Audit content assets, metadata, and datasets to identify quality, classification, or accuracy issues and apply corrections when needed.

Maintain content repositories by ensuring accurate taxonomy, metadata structure, and alignment with internal content guidelines.

Analyze audience behavior, content performance, and industry trends to provide insights that support programming decisions and product improvements.

Support programming initiatives, featured campaigns, and audience engagement projects based on business priorities.

Identify recurring quality issues, data gaps, and operational challenges while recommending process improvements.

Document workflows, best practices, and review insights to strengthen team knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders to manage priorities, meet deadlines, and communicate findings effectively.

Review content lists and datasets to support broader operational and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate has experience in digital content operations, quality review, or media-related environments, with strong language skills and the ability to analyze and manage large amounts of information. Success in this role requires precision, organization, adaptability, and effective collaboration in a remote setting.

Native-level fluency in French and/or German is required.

Intermediate-level fluency in French for native German speakers or German for native French speakers.

Previous experience in content quality review, content operations, content moderation, digital media, video programming, or a related field.

Experience evaluating digital or video content against defined standards and identifying quality or data issues.

Intermediate proficiency with Excel or Google Sheets.

Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy while handling high volumes of content and data.

Ability to interpret qualitative and quantitative information and translate findings into actionable recommendations.

Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage priorities independently.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Ability to quickly learn and navigate new tools, systems, and operational processes.

Experience with content curation, editorial strategy, programming, audience development, or similar areas is preferred.

Additional fluency in Italian is a plus.

Experience working with children and families in areas such as trust and safety, education, or entertainment is an advantage.
