Accountabilities Manage and strengthen relationships with dealership partners and key customers throughout the Southwest region.

Establish regional sales objectives and monitor dealer and fleet performance against defined business targets.

Collaborate with dealers to develop annual business plans that support revenue growth and market expansion.

Deliver product training, sales enablement, and commercial guidance to dealer teams to maximize sales effectiveness.

Execute a structured territory management strategy, including regular on-site dealer visits and customer engagement.

Identify, address, and resolve dealer concerns while implementing proactive action plans to improve performance and customer satisfaction.

Promote the product portfolio through trade shows, industry events, customer meetings, and regional sales activities.

Support dealers with pricing strategies and commercial negotiations while protecting business profitability.

Partner cross-functionally with internal teams to align commercial initiatives, customer needs, and corporate objectives.

Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities and improve regional performance.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.

Minimum of 3 years of experience in dealership sales, dealer network management, or direct sales; candidates without a degree should have at least 7 years of relevant experience.

Demonstrated success managing customer relationships, dealer partnerships, and regional sales performance.

Strong negotiation, business development, and territory management skills.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills with the ability to communicate effectively across diverse audiences.

Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to achieve shared business goals.

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Customer-focused mindset with the ability to anticipate needs and deliver value-driven solutions.

Willingness to travel extensively, approximately 70% of the time.

Must reside within 60 miles of a major metropolitan airport in the Southwest region.

Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States as a U.S. citizen or permanent resident.
