Operations Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Leadership: Oversee daily multi-outlet operations, ensuring high standards of team efficiency, customer service, and standard operating procedure (SOP) compliance.
• Performance & KPI Management: Lead, mentor, and monitor outlet teams to achieve corporate sales targets and operational KPIs. Implement strategic improvements based on performance data.
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Formulate and execute impactful sales strategies, promotions, and market positioning plans to boost performance and drive revenue growth.
• People & HR Management: Manage staff rostering, scheduling, leaves, performance evaluations, and team talent development across locations.
• Training & Coaching: Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team members' sales techniques, product knowledge, and service quality.
• Client Relationship & Quality Control: Establish customer loyalty programs to improve client retention. Step in to resolve complex customer issues and handle escalations professionally.
• Management Reporting: Analyze monthly sales data, KPIs, and operational challenges to present comprehensive performance reports and strategic updates to senior management.

Job Requirements

• Education: Minimum of a recognized Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related discipline.
• Experience: At least 5 years of proven management experience.
• Multi-Outlet Operations: Demonstrated track record in managing multi-outlet operations is highly preferred.
• Strategic Capability: Strong proficiency in developing sales strategies, driving performance metrics, and conducting data-driven business analysis.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Work Adaptability: Strong leadership capabilities, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to perform effectively under pressure within a fast-paced environment.
• Working Hours: Willing to work on a flexible shift roster according to outlet retail hours, covering 5 to 6 days per week (including weekends and Public Holidays).
