ICT Collaboration Services Specialist

Requirements:

• Senior hands-on experience administering and supporting Microsoft 365 services in an enterprise environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business.
• Experience supporting and administering large-scale enterprise Microsoft 365 environments.
• Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills across identity, messaging and collaboration platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate, administer and support account lifecycle management through the in-house Account Provisioning System, on-premises Active Directory servers and Microsoft 365 services, including Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Teams and OneDrive for Business.
• Manage configurations for mailboxes, distribution lists, shared mailboxes, Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online sites in accordance with approved operational standards.
• Configure and maintain security-related settings, including Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), role assignments and service-level access controls within Microsoft 365.
