Property Manager

Responsibilities:

Oversee daily property operations

Coordinate maintenance, cleaning, security, and repairs

Supervise staff and service providers

Handle residents’ concerns and complaints

Conduct regular property inspections

Maintain accurate property records

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification

Experience in property, facility, estate, hospitality, or accommodation management

Strong organisational and communication skills

Good leadership and problem-solving abilities

Ability to manage staff, residents, and service providers

Experience managing residential/student accommodation is an advantage
