Category Manager - Lighting Solution

JOB PURPOSE Responsible for developing and managing the Lighting Solutions category across Trade Channels, covering market intelligence, product portfolio management, new product development, channel strategy, pricing, promotion, and commercial performance . The role translates market and customer insights into actionable product and channel strategies, drives successful NPD launches, and maximizes category sales, profitability, and market competitiveness. JOB REQUIREMENTS Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Lighting Technology , or a related field.
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in Category Management, Product Management, Trade Marketing, Business Development, or a related commercial function.
