Food Safety Inspector

GWR Consulting is seeking an energetic, tech-savvy, and highly efficient Food Safety Inspector to execute routine compliance audits. This role focuses on delivering standardized checklist-based compliance evaluations using digital reporting tools to optimize field data collection.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily food safety evaluations across assigned client locations.
• Utilize pre-built digital checklists to perform standard compliance verifications.
• Generate and submit concise compliance updates directly from the field via our mobile application immediately upon completion of the visit.
• Manage a daily travel schedule across the emirates (primarily Dubai, with occasional travel to Abu Dhabi and the Northern Emirates).
• Maintain a disciplined pace to ensure consistent daily site coverage.

Key Qualities:

• Highly detailed, exceptionally fast, strictly process-driven, tech-savvy, and highly disciplined in time management.

Requirements & Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Food Science, Nutrition, Microbiology, or a closely related scientific field.
• Experience: 1–3 years of experience in food safety or quality control (QC) within the UAE.
• Tech-Savvy: Fully comfortable utilizing mobile apps and tablets for instant, real-time data entry.
• Language: Fluent in English (Written and Spoken).
• Logistics: Must possess a valid UAE Driving License to manage extensive daily field travel.
