[What you will be working on]
The role works closely with internal and external stakeholders to develop partnerships, gather industry insights, support ecosystem development, and drive initiatives that contribute to organisational and Whole-of-Government digital transformation objectives. The incumbent is expected to independently lead assigned programmes and engagements, translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives, and deliver measurable outcomes through effective stakeholder management and collaboration.
- INDUSTRY ENGAGEMENT & PARTNERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
Lead the planning and execution of industry engagement programmes, forums, workshops, dialogue sessions and partnership initiatives.
Develop and maintain effective working relationships with industry stakeholders, technology companies, trade associations and ecosystem partners.
Identify opportunities to strengthen collaboration between government and industry in support of organisational priorities.
Support senior management engagements with industry partners and stakeholders.
- SUPPLIER EXCELLENCE & ECOSYSTEM DEVELOPMENT
Support initiatives to strengthen the quality, capability, diversity and sustainability of the supplier ecosystem.
Contribute to the design and implementation of frameworks, engagement approaches and feedback mechanisms that strengthen industry-government partnerships.
Drive initiatives that promote ecosystem development, capability building and knowledge sharing.
Support organisational efforts to improve supplier engagement and stakeholder experience.
- PROGRAMME MANAGEMENT & DELIVERY
Lead assigned programmes, projects and engagement initiatives from planning through implementation.
Coordinate stakeholders across functions to ensure delivery of project objectives and outcomes.
Monitor programme progress, manage risks and issues, and recommend mitigation measures where required.
Drive process improvements to enhance programme effectiveness and operational efficiency.
- STRATEGY, INSIGHTS & POLICY SUPPORT
Develop briefing materials, presentations, papers and recommendations for management consideration.
Support the development and implementation of initiatives to strengthen partnerships, engagement outcomes and ecosystem effectiveness.
Contribute to reviews of policies, processes and practices relating to industry engagement and ecosystem development.
- STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT & COLLABORATION
Build and maintain strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, agencies and industry partners.
Work collaboratively across teams to align objectives, coordinate activities and deliver desired outcomes.
