Process Engineer

1.Sample and Process Parameter Management

• Confirm and validate product parameter settings for sample runs.
• Track and monitor the trial production of product samples to ensure alignment with quality and technical standards.

2.Equipment and Technology Development

• Conduct research and development on equipment performance to meet production requirements.
• Collaborate on the design and implementation of new equipment and process technologies related to PCB production.

3.New Product & Process Introduction

• Support the development and implementation of new products, machinery, and manufacturing processes.
• Study and apply advanced technologies related to PCB manufacturing.

4.Process Optimization

• Continuously improve production processes to enhance productivity and operational efficiency.
• Reduce process waste and improve product quality through technical enhancements.
• Analyze and resolve abnormal issues in production lines, particularly related to machine parameters.

5.Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with R&D, QA, Maintenance, and other departments to ensure effective communication and coordinated process improvements.

6.Other Tasks

• Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors or management.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering fields. Experience in PCB manufacturing or electronic component production is highly preferred. Good communication skills(Prefer have basic Chinese or English Skill) Good communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Familiarity with manufacturing process control, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma is a plus.
