Wat je gaat doen

In this position, you play an important role in the daily return process at GLS. When drivers return from their routes, you make sure everything is handled correctly.You combine logistics with administration and communication. You check documents, register returns and discrepancies and respond when something does not go according to plan. You also support the Team Leader with daily activities.

Your responsibilities include:

• Welcoming and assisting returning drivers;
• Checking route documentation and administrative details;
• Registering and processing returns and discrepancies;
• Identifying operational issues and helping to solve them;
• Communicating with drivers, colleagues and customers;
• Supporting the Team Leader in daily operations;
• Ensuring accurate administrative processing;
• Contributing to improvements in logistics processes.

This is a role for someone who can stay calm when things get busy. You know how to prioritize, communicate clearly and maintain an overview when several things happen at the same time.

Wat we je bieden
