Production Specialist

we hiring a Production Specialist to join our production team at the 6th of October factory. In this role, you will support daily line operations, monitor shop floor workflows, and help drive process optimization and throughput efficiency. You will work closely with the Quality Assurance and Maintenance teams to uphold GMP and HACCP compliance and support continuous improvement on the production line. (Ref: 63)

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Production, Mechanical, or Food Engineering) or a related field

Minimum 1 year of hands on experience in a production/manufacturing role within the food sector (QA only experience is not accepted)

Working knowledge of HACCP, GMP, and Food Safety Standards

Must reside in Giza; 6th of October preferred

Strong problem solving and root cause analysis skills

Ability to work under pressure and meet production targets

Attention to detail in a fast paced shop floor environment

Skills and Tools: Familiarity with ERP systems (SAP, Odoo, or Oracle) is a plus

Proficiency in Excel or production reporting tools

Strong communication and reporting skills
