What You’ll Do:

• Process correspondence from clients, insurers, and others

✔ Update and maintain records for all communication and action taken.

✔ Prepare and provide Clients with cover note(s)/certificates

• Maintain accurate records in our software systems
• Ensure compliance with FSC and other regulations and organizational

policies

• Prepare Renewal Notices, Brokers’ Slips, Market Responses, Proposals,

Registers, Specifications, Mortgage Letters to appropriate persons/entities

for new and renewal business, etc.

What You Bring: 🔹 2 (two) years working experience in the General Insurance Industry would be advantageous

🔹 First Degree from a tertiary level institution preferably in Business/Finance /Management with

Core Competencies

Deliver quality customer service

Good oral and written communication skills

Good interpersonal skills

Attention to detail and accuracy in work

Technical Competencies

Working knowledge of insurance broking business (a plus)

Good knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel

Functional knowledge of Insurance Application software (a plus).

Ability to use basic office systems.
