Your Role

As an Alarm Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, programming, and maintenance of security systems. You will work on a variety of projects, ranging from private residences to large-scale commercial installations.

Your Responsibilities

  • Install and connect alarm systems, fire detection systems, CCTV cameras, and access control systems.
  • Configure and program detectors, control panels, and alarm transmission systems.
  • Commission, test, and fine-tune installations in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues and system malfunctions.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to customers.
  • Complete digital service reports and maintain accurate documentation of your work.
  • Advise customers and recommend suitable security solutions.

Your Profile

  • You hold a degree in Electricity, Electronics, or have equivalent technical experience.
  • You have an interest in or experience with security systems, fire detection, and CCTV systems.
  • A certification in fire detection and/or intrusion detection is an advantage, or you are willing to obtain one.
  • You are accurate, independent, and solution-oriented.
  • You hold a valid Category B driving licence.
  • You are trustworthy, discreet, and customer-focused.
  • You have an excellent command of English.
