Aufgaben

You will

• Lead and develop a high-performing restaurant team, creating a positive and accountable culture
• Oversee all day-to-day operations, including scheduling, workforce planning, ordering, and inventory management
• Conduct performance reviews, provide regular coaching and feedback, and take disciplinary action when required
• Drive sales, profitability, and operational efficiency through effective labor planning and cost management
• Ensure compliance with cash-control and security procedures
• Monitor inventory levels, food costs, and restaurant expenses, taking corrective action where necessary
• Ensure consistent implementation of company standards, operational changes, and new initiatives across the restaurant
• Review and analyze weekly, monthly, and annual financial and operational reports
• Develop succession plans and identify high-potential team members for future leadership opportunities
• Maintain high food quality standards and ensure exceptional guest satisfaction
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest feedback and customer complaints
• Ensure compliance with all food safety, health & safety, security, and company policies and procedures
• Promote safe working practices and maintain a safe environment for both guests and team members
• Ensure preventative maintenance programs are completed and that restaurant facilities and equipment are properly maintained
• Execute company and local marketing initiatives in a timely and effective manner
• Represent and promote the Five Guys brand within the local community
• Drive continuous improvement in restaurant performance and identify opportunities to improve efficiency and reduce waste

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience
• several years of leadership experience in hospitality, food service, retail, or a similar fast-paced environment
• Proven experience leading, developing, and motivating teams while delivering exceptional customer service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both German and English
• Strong business and financial acumen, with the ability to understand and interpret key performance metrics and financial reports
• Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills
• Ability to adapt quickly and remain effective in a fast-paced environment
• Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), email, and other business systems
• Experience managing and developing teams across multiple levels, including Crew Members, Team Leaders, and Shift Managers
• A hands-on leadership style with a passion for hospitality and creating great guest experiences

The minimum gross annual salary for this position is €47,500 based on full-time employment (40 hours per week). Depending on qualifications, experience, and skills, a higher salary may be offered.
