Safety Officer

1. Monitor and control workplace safety within the SMT area to ensure full compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
2. Manage daily safety operations, including planning, inspections, and safety performance evaluations.
3. Conduct safety inspections, identify and eliminate hazards, and ensure proper control and use of safety equipment.
4. Ensure strict compliance with safety laws, standards, and fire protection requirements.
5. Organize safety training programs and conduct emergency response drills for employees.
6. Investigate and analyze accidents or incidents (e.g., unsafe acts or potential risks), and implement corrective and preventive actions.
7. Prepare safety reports and maintain all related documentation.
8. Continuously improve safety processes, systems, and measures, and follow up on corrective actions until closure.
9. Promote and support a strong safety culture within the organization, while sharing knowledge and experience with the team.
10. Perform other duties as assigned.

5. จัดฝึกอบรมด้านความปลอดภัย และดำเนินการซ้อมแผนฉุกเฉินให้กับพนักงาน
6. ตรวจสอบ วิเคราะห์ และจัดการอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุผิดปกติ (เช่น การปฏิบัติงานที่ไม่ถูกต้อง หรือความเสี่ยงต่าง ๆ) พร้อมกำหนดมาตรการแก้ไขและป้องกัน
7. จัดทำรายงานด้านความปลอดภัย และเอกสารที่เกี่ยวข้อง 8. ปรับปรุงและพัฒนากระบวนการ ระบบ และมาตรการด้านความปลอดภัย รวมถึงติดตามผลการแก้ไขจุดเสี่ยงให้ครบถ้วน
8. สนับสนุนและส่งเสริมวัฒนธรรมด้านความปลอดภัยในองค์กร พร้อมถ่ายทอดความรู้และประสบการณ์ให้กับทีมงาน
9. งานอื่น ๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. Experience in industrial safety within a manufacturing environment (SMT experience is an advantage). Knowledge of safety laws and standards, including safety management systems. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management skills. Good communication and coordination skills. Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., Microsoft Office). Highly responsible, detail-oriented, and able to work effectively as part of a team. Able to work well under pressure.
