Project Manager

• Plan and run roadmaps for iSLIM 2.0, Health Hub, Middleware, MTEC/FDA and iPATH across multiple concurrent projects.
• Break requirements into dev-ready backlog items with acceptance criteria, API contracts and FHIR mapping.
• Estimate effort with developers and challenge numbers using sound technical reasoning.
• Manage outsourced UX/UI, DevOps and SA work: define scope, accept deliverables and close dependencies.
• Maintain Thai FDA registration documents (SRS, UAT) and traceability.
• Lead SIT/UAT, go-live, cutover and hypercare.
• Produce Executive Weekly Updates and RAID logs, and decide trade-offs among scope, time and quality.
• Own customer-impacting incidents (labs, hospitals) through resolution and postmortem.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT or equivalent.
2. 3+ years in a technical role (Developer, SA or DevOps) and 3+ years managing software projects.
3. Hands-on with REST API/Swagger, SQL queries, Postman and Git; able to read architecture and talk to Dev/DevOps directly.
4. Experience with Docker and a solid understanding of CI/CD.
5. Experience leading Agile/Scrum teams and working with outsource partners.
