Product Manager

Job Summary Responsible for managing the fashion mobile phone case product category from end-to-end. This includes formulating product strategies, selecting and designing trend-aligned collections, and managing the product lifecycle, sales, profitability, and inventory to drive sales growth and establish a strong brand presence in the market.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and define product strategies for the fashion mobile case category in alignment with current trends and target audiences.
• Monitor fashion trends, colors, materials, patterns, and consumer behavior to develop timely and trendy new collections.
• Analyze sales performance, gross margin, and sell-through rates to adjust sales and purchasing plans accordingly.
• Coordinate with the procurement team, suppliers/manufacturers, design team, and marketing team to ensure successful product rollouts.
• Determine pricing strategies, promotional plans, and distribution channels across both offline (retail) and online platforms.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to plan campaigns, communication strategies, and new product launches.
• Optimize inventory management to reduce aging stock and develop effective clearance strategies.
• Monitor competitors and market conditions to identify new business opportunities.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree or higher in Marketing, Business Administration, Fashion, Design, or a related field. 3–5 years of experience in Product Management, Merchandising, or as a Buyer (Experience in fashion, accessories, or gadgets is highly preferred). Strong understanding of fashion and lifestyle trends, as well as the mobile accessories market. Proficiency in analyzing sales data and business metrics (Margin, Sell-through, Inventory). Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with reading business reports and dashboards. Excellent negotiation, communication, and cross-functional coordination skills. Creative, detail-oriented, and possesses a strong aesthetic sense for fashion and design.
