Role Overview

As a Medical-Surgical Nurse, you will deliver direct patient care, manage individualized treatment plans, and work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

Administer medications and monitor patient responses

Perform assessments and implement evidence-based care plans

Document patient progress and clinical interventions

Communicate effectively with physicians and care teams

Ensure compliance with hospital policies and clinical standards

Candidate Requirements

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)

NCLEX-RN passed or in progress

Minimum 12 months recent acute care Medical -Surgical experience

English language proficiency

Willingness to relocate to North Carolina for a minimum 3‑year commitment

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly Rate: $40–$45USD (based on experience)
