HR Manager

Role purpose: Lead and optimize end-to-end human resources operations, ensuring compliant, scalable people practices that support business goals and a positive employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Own core HR functions including onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
• Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook aligned with employment laws.
• Partner with leadership on workforce planning, organizational design, and talent strategy.
• Manage recruitment processes: job postings, screening, interviewing, offers, and hiring coordination.
• Oversee compensation, benefits administration, and HRIS data accuracy; generate HR reports and insights.
• Drive learning, development, and engagement initiatives; support managers with coaching and guidance.
• Handle investigations, conflict resolution, and disciplinary actions with confidentiality and consistency.
• Ensure compliance with local/state/federal regulations, audits, and required documentation.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Proven HR management experience across generalist functions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.
• Experience with HRIS systems, reporting, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and coaching skills.
• High discretion, sound judgment, and ability to manage sensitive matters.
