The primary role of the Assistant Store Manager is to assist the Store Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of the retail environment. The Assistant Store Manager is always responsible for delivering and coaching exceptional customer service. In addition, the Assistant Store Manager may be tasked with training staff, navigating customer service issues, assigning and executing tasks (such as Web, Sales Floor Maintenance and Visual Merchandising, In store and Off-site Events or Landing and Back of House) depending on the needs of the business, as determined by the Store Manager. Assistant Store Manager will function as the point of contact for HQ and may be tasked with the roles and responsibilities of the Store Manager in their absence.

Skills:

• Outgoing with a strong customer focus

• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team

• Previous experience in retail leadership or sales supervision

• Excellent organizational and time management skills

• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and securely

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00-$53,000.00 per year
