WE’RE HIRING – HOTEL MANAGER

Location: Benin City, Edo State, Nigeria

We are seeking an experienced, commercially driven and tech-savvy Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of a boutique hotel in Benin City.

The ideal candidate must have strong hospitality management experience, excellent customer service skills and the ability to leverage technology and online booking platforms to drive occupancy, revenue and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations, staff performance and guest satisfaction.

• Manage online booking platforms such as Booking.com, Expedia and Airbnb.

• Optimise room occupancy, pricing and revenue.

• Manage hotel reservation systems, property management software (PMS) and digital guest communications.

• Develop strategies to increase direct bookings and online visibility.

• Monitor budgets, operational costs and hotel profitability.

• Maintain excellent service standards and resolve guest complaints.

• Advertise on social media and other media outlets

Requirements

• Proven experience managing a boutique hotel or similar hospitality property.

• Strong knowledge of online travel agencies, booking engines and hotel management software.

• Commercial awareness and experience growing hotel revenue.

• Excellent leadership, communication and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work independently and take full ownership of hotel operations.
