Logistics Assistant

Job Purpose:

Primarily responsible for the picking, packing, putting away of products and system transaction ( receiving & invoicing )

Principal Accountabilities

• Picking of Products

• Packing of Products

• Putting away of Products ( Incoming )

• Printing of Barcode Labels

• System Transaction ( Receiving & Invoicing )

• Support other duties as & when required

Key Challenges

• Communication with Various departments:

• Customer Service

• Buyers

• Sales & Marketing

• Finance

• Physically Fit, Heavy-duty carrier work may involve

• Able to communicate and written in English.

• Knowledge of WMS ( SAP ) will be advantage

Skills, Know How and experience

• 1-2 year experience in warehousing environment

• Sense of urgency with high personal responsibility

• Communication skill across department

• Good initiative to get job done
