Overview Prepare and serve beverages and food while creating a welcoming, efficient experience for customers. This hands-on role combines customer service, food preparation, cashiering, and careful attention to food safety.

Duties

• Prepare and serve beverages and food according to established procedures, handling ingredients safely and maintaining a clean service area.
• Welcome customers, take orders, answer questions, and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Operate a POS system, including Micros POS where used, process payments, and handle cash accurately.
• Manage order flow and service tasks efficiently, using basic math to support accurate transactions and preparation.
• Your impact: Timely, accurate service helps customers enjoy their visit and supports smooth teamwork.

Requirements

Qualifications Required:

• Practical customer service
• basic math
• time management
• food handling
• safe food preparation skills support accurate, efficient service

Preferred:

• Barista experience
• food industry or food service experience
• serving
• cashiering
• cash handling
• familiarity with POS or Micros POS
• knowledge of food safety are valuable strengths for this role
