Technical Office Architect

Prepare architectural and interior shop drawings based on design with agreed schedule of project manager .

Create detailed drawings and specifications for construction and installation .

Coordinate with design, and site team to ensure technical accuracy and project feasibility .

The Shop Drawing Architect duties include preparation, revision, and coordination of architectural drawings and construction documents .

Prepare project documents ( shop drawings, BOQ, etc.) and comparison with original project documents for proper pricing or claim preparations.

Reviews plans prepared by subcontractors.

Comparing the structural & architectural drawings coordination between finishing, electric, mechanical & sanitary works quality, reviewing infrastructure drawings & coordinate it with the project layout

Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture .

Experience from 4 to 6 years .

Strong portfolio showcasing shop drawings details .

Proficiency in Related Programs “ AutoCAD , REVIT (preferred) ,MS Office ”.

Experience in work of BOQ .

Highly aware Materials Types & Specifications .

Mastering in shop drawings and techniques of Finishing works .

Work located in our Office (New Cairo ) .
