CNC Milling Operator – Roeselare – 2-Shift System
For an innovative and internationally active manufacturing company in the live communication industry (events, exhibitions, congresses), we are looking for a CNC Milling Setter / Operator to strengthen the production team.You will work in a modern production environment focused on quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement. This role combines machine setup, programming, and operation.
- Milling aluminum profiles according to technical drawings
- Alternating between series production and custom work (specials)
- Reading and interpreting technical drawings
- Creating milling programs for new parts
- Setting up CNC milling machines (clamping positions, tools, etc.)
- Loading and unloading machines
- Performing quality control using gauges and measuring tools (caliper, tape measure, etc.)
- Monitoring quality through control sheets
- Processing production orders in an ERP system
- Carrying out first-line maintenance (cleaning machines, replacing tools, etc.)
- Experience as a CNC milling operator/setter
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform accurate measurements
- Knowledge of ERP systems is a plus
- Quality-oriented with attention to detail
- Organized and safety-conscious
- Basic Dutch (speaking and reading)
- English is an asset
- Willing to work in a 2-shift system
- Team player with a positive attitude
