Supplier Coordinator

Essential Duties and Responsibilities •Travel to various factories throughout Vietnam •Gather and communicate real-time production information •Drive HFT production needs •Track production of open Pos and report •Identify delivery issues and delays and assess underlying cause •Validate vendor’s stated capacity •Validate vendor’s stated lead time •Provide qualitative information through discussions and visits with vendors •Additional duties as assigned

Qualifications: Technical/Vocational Degree preferred. Minimum 2 years of relevant production and manufacturing experience Experience in production management Experience with a fast-paced, high volume, efficient organization Experience with major distribution and US operations would be highly desirable Ability generates and analyze reports using data obtained in field Must be proficient with computers and automated process and systems Proficiency in written and oral English is preferred
