Design Technician (Hydraulic & Fire Services) MAKATI Role Snapshot Dayshift, Fulltime, Makati(Onsite) 2 - 5 years of hands-on experience in modeling or drafting Advanced Revit modelling and Autocad drafting experience Proficient understanding with BIM workflows.

What you'll be working on Revit Modelling Create and maintain Revit models for hydraulic and fire services. Ensure accurate coordination with other disciplines. Manage views, sheets, schedules, and Revit standards.

AutoCAD Documentation Prepare and update drawings from design to construction. Apply engineer mark-ups and maintain drawing quality. Prepare plotting and sheet packages.

Project Support Support designers with drafting and documentation. Develop detailed designs from sketches. Manage revisions and support project deadlines.

Qualifications/Requirements: What we're looking for 2–5 years of modelling or drafting experience. Advanced Revit and AutoCAD skills. Good English communication skills. Strong attention to detail. Ability to follow documented procedures. Understanding of BIM workflows.
