DevOps/IT Intern

Your tasks

• Assist with maintenance, monitoring, and basic troubleshooting for the company’s multi-office network system.
• Support the setup, configuration, auditing, and troubleshooting of employee computers and devices across Windows, Linux, and macOS platforms.
• Help monitor, audit, and follow company-wide security standards in alignment with ISO 27001.
• Assist in the setup, maintenance, and monitoring of cloud-based systems and applications, with on-the-job training to grow into a DevOps role.
• Provide technical support to end-users, focusing on delivering an excellent customer experience.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for occasional after-hours or weekend support to address urgent issues and perform scheduled maintenance.
• Support the creation and maintenance of technical documentation for systems and procedures.

Requirements

Education

• 4th year student or fresh graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.

• 0-1 years of experience in an IT support or system administrator role.

Technical Proficiency

• Basic understanding of computer hardware and software.
• Familiarity with installing, configuring, and troubleshooting Windows, Linux, or macOS systems.
• Basic knowledge of networking concepts and protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with DrayTek networking equipment.
• Exposure to Mobile Device Management (MDM) systems (e.g., Jamf, Microsoft Intune) or configuration management tools (e.g., Ansible, Puppet).
• Demonstrated passion for technology and interest in future Dev/DevOps career growth.
