Implementation Specialist (Mandarin/English)

The Opportunity  As a Junior Implementation Specialist, you will support publishers and merchants throughout their integration journey with Coda from initial setup to post-launch operations. You’ll assist in guiding partners through our API, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure a smooth go-live experience. This is a hybrid technical-operations role ideal for someone eager to grow their API knowledge and project coordination skills.

What you'll do Integration Support

Assist merchants during integration across all Coda products (Payin, Payout, and others) with sandbox setup, test credentials, and Coda Portal configuration

Answer basic technical questions about API behavior and configuration

Troubleshoot common issues such as callback failures, parameter mismatches, or invalid environment setup

Join live technical sessions with publishers to understand client needs and provide integration guidance

Track open issues and escalate when needed

Go-Live Coordination

Follow up with internal teams (Product, Dev, Commercial) to confirm readiness

Support integration UAT and checklist validation

Set expectations on timelines and communicate proactively with publishers throughout integration

Monitor performance in the early launch phase and report anomalies (e.g., low CR or payment errors)

Post-Launch Support

Help partners configure automated reporting via SFTP or Webhook

Support discrepancy investigation (e.g., duplicate callbacks, invalid amounts)

Maintain internal documentation and build/update runbooks and FAQs from recurring cases

Suggest improvements based on common queries

Internal Collaboration

Liaise with Technical Support team post-launch for case handover

Coordinate with Compliance and Finance teams on Payout KYC or reconciliation clarification

Work closely with senior specialists for knowledge sharing and case learning

What you'll bring Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or equivalent experience

Familiarity with API integration concepts (REST preferred)

Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, SQL, or basic scripting is a plus

Familiarity with Jira (ticketing), GitBook/API documentation, and log-reading for troubleshooting is a plus

Ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical publishers across a multilingual partner base

Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Native Mandarin speaker with professional reading and writing skills in Chinese, and fluent in English

A willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced technical environment
